ORIGIN & HISTORY
A Breed With a Fascinating Heritage
The Bengal breed was originally developed by crossing domestic cats with the Asian Leopard Cat (ALC). The goal was to create a breed that carried the stunning appearance of a wild cat while maintaining the loving temperament of a domestic companion.
Today's Bengals are fully domestic cats, generations removed from their wild ancestors, while still retaining the breathtaking appearance that makes the breed so special.
All Bengals in our program are TICA registered and come from responsible, ethical breeders.
